1. How Does It Work?
1. Purchase your monthly subscription for unlimited conference calling. Prepay by credit card.
Sign up on line or call our toll-free number: (866) 280-8205 Option 1.
2. Let your participants know the conference date and time, the Dial-in Number and the Conference Security Code.
3. A reservation is never needed. When you dial in and enter your Leader PIN Code, your conference call will begin.

2. So, how can we offer so much savings?
1 Price Conference lets you take advantage of the recent drop in long-distance rates. You may already be paying less than $20 per month for unlimited long-distance. Now you can pay less for conferencing. Our monthly subscription fee pays for your firm's unlimited use of our conference bridging equipment. Your participants pay their own long-distance call charges to join your conference call.
If you are currently using a toll-free 800 number for your conference calls, you are probably paying too much for the long-distance call that is buried in the price per minute. 1 Price Conference provides you with a personal Dial-in Number. Participants make a long-distance call to join the conference.

3. Can I get a toll-free dial-in number so that my attendees don't have to pay for the long-distance?
Yes. We can assign a permanent toll-free 800 number (also 888, 877. 866). This costs 4.9 cents per minute, per line. Your participants will then be able to dial-in on either the toll-free number or the regular number.

4. How much can I save with 1 Price Conference?
It depends on who you use for audio conferencing now. Long-distance carriers like AT&T are generally the most expensive, while there are dozens of independent service providers whose prices may vary. You can ask them about unlimited flat fee conference calls during prime business hours, but they probably will not offer any programs like 1 Price Conference. Send us a recent bill from your current provider and we will show you how much you can save with 1 Price Conference.

5. It is past the middle of the month, will I pay for a whole month if I sign up today?
You will be billed for the partial month based on a 30 day month (first month only).

6. I need only one or two calls this month and then will not need the service again. Can I still sign-up?
Yes you can, however, we do require credit card payment in advance for the first month's service. Tell us in advance and we will cancel your service at the end of the month so that we don't charge your credit card for the next month's service. You can cancel your service either by calling us toll-free at (866) 280-8205 Option 1, or by e-mail: Sales@1PriceConference.com.

7. Can I get 1 Price Conference to bill my firm each month instead of charging my credit card?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and corporate checks for monthly prepayment. We do not invoice for our services.

8. Is there a setup &/or a cancellation fee?
No. There is never a fee to sign up or cancel your subscription to 1 Price Conference. However, we do not prorate or credit the unused portion of a month's service if you cancel before the end of the month.

9. How many conference calls can I make in a month?
There is no limit to the number of calls you can make in a month. However, you cannot have more than 1 call going at a time with 1 conference call account.

11. How soon can I start making conference calls?
Give us a call toll free at (866) 280-8205 Option 1, and we can usually have your account set up and running in a matter of minutes.

12. Can I have more than one conference call going at the same time on my account?
No. For each conference call account, you can make as many conference calls in a month as you want, but they cannot overlap. For instance, if you schedule a one hour conference call at 10:00 and another at 11:00, you run the risk of your 11:00 participants joining your 10:00 call before it is finished. You may want to leave a 15 minute transition "gap" between scheduled calls.
We can provide you with additional conference call accounts if you do have conference calls that may overlap. Two 1 Price Conference flat rate accounts for a total of $100.00 per month is still a terrific bargain!

13. What features are available for the conference call Leader?
(*2) - Record the call. Press *2 to begin recording the call for future replay. Press *2 again to end recording.
(*4) - Balance the volume on all lines on a call.
(*5) - Presentation/Lecture Mode (group mute). Everyone will hear the Leader, but not the participants. Press *5 again to open all lines.
(*6) - Mute my line. Press *6 again to un-mute your own line.
(*7) - Lock the call. Prevent additional callers from joining the call. Press *7 again to unlock the call.

14. What features are available for individual participants on a conference call?
(*6) - Mute my line. Participants will continue to hear the conference call and will not be heard by others on the call. Press *6 again to un-mute your own line. People with noisy cell phones and or lots of background noise will appreciate this feature.

15. Can I record a conference call and have people listen to it later?
Yes. During your conference call, the Leader can press *2 to begin recording the call and *2 again to stop recording. (NOTE: Recorded conference calls will be retained for a minimum of 30 days. If the recording is important to retain for longer, you may want to ask us to transfer it to CD.)

16. Can I get a CD of my conference call in a .wav or CD audio file format?
Yes. It is easy to take advantage of this optional service from 1 Price Conference. Record the call as described above and then notify us at least 1 business day before your next scheduled conference call at (866) 280-8205 Option 1. We will transfer the recording to a CD ($49.00 plus shipping) in the format you choose (.wav or CD audio). If you want to put your conference call on your Web site, we recommend using a .wav file.

17. How many people can I get on my conference call?
Depending on the type of service you choose, you can have as many as 10, 25 or 50 lines on a single conference call. It is a good idea to have participants in the same building meet in a conference room to share a line using a speakerphone. This will allow for even more participants on a call. If you need more than 50 lines, please contact our Sales department at: (866) 280-8205 Option 1.

18. Is it possible to have an operator assist our call?
No. 1 Price Conference calls are unattended. That means that there are no operators checking in participants or monitoring the lines. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing problems on your conference call, you can call us toll-free at (866) 280-8205 Option 1. If you need operator-assisted calls, we can suggest you consider our affiliate. Call us at (866) 280-8205 Option 1, for more information.

19. Does each caller need an access code or just the Leader? Do I need two access codes?
When you receive your confirmation from 1 Price Conference, you will receive your own permanent Dial-in Number and two security codes to access your conference calls. You will provide the Conference Security Code to each of your meeting attendees, along with the Dial-in Number. The other access code is just for you, the Leader, to access Leader-only functions such as group mute. The conference call will start when the Leader joins the call. You may wish to have only 1 access code for all participants; in this case, the conference call will start when the 2nd participant enters the call.

20. Can I dial out to a participant?
No. There is no dial-out feature available.

21. Do I have to make a reservation for my conference call?
No. There is no need to make a reservation. Your service is "on" and available for conference calls 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You do not need to let us know when you are planning to have a conference call.

22. What is the chance that I will get a busy signal?
1 Price Conference has been growing very quickly, but our Operations Center has never been overwhelmed with usage, even after the events of 9/11/2001. We monitor capacity constantly and maintain standing orders for additional conferencing bridges. We install excess capacity long before it is ever needed by our customers.

23. How do you handle international callers?
International callers can dial into your conference call the same straight-forward way your domestic participants do, by using the toll Dial-in Number. International participants will pay their own long distance charges, as your domestic participants do.

24. Will I hear a difference in sound or voice quality?
1 Price Conference uses the the industry's highest quality conferencing bridges. Conference calls should sound as good as any long distance call. You should never have a sound or voice quality issue with 1 Price Conference. We use the same long-distance carriers that you do.

25. Do you offer a Premium Service?
1 Price Conference is a full service teleconferencing firm. If you are looking for operator-assisted calls, etc., then we suggest you consider our affiliate, Summit Conference Service, Inc.

26. Do you offer Web conferencing?
1 Price Conference calls work with all of the major Web and data conferencing services. We offer flat rate Web conferencing from Start Visuals. We also offer WebEx. We would be happy to give you pricing and specifics for any collaboration service that you are currently using or considering.

27. Can I use Start Visuals without the telephone conference call?
Start Visuals works just fine with any conference call. The flat rate pricing is the same if you choose to use 1 Price or your on conference call service.
